EngageLeague is a social engagement platform, not a financial services provider, investment platform, or gambling operator. The prizes offered on leaderboards are rewards for verifiable social media engagement activity — they are not investment returns, gambling winnings, or financial instruments.

Prizes on EngageLeague may be denominated in or paid out in cryptocurrencies including but not limited to SOL, ETH, BTC, USDC, and USDT. You acknowledge and accept that:

• Cryptocurrency values can fluctuate dramatically in short periods of time
• The USD value of a cryptocurrency prize displayed at the time a leaderboard is created may differ significantly from its value at the time of distribution
• Past performance of any cryptocurrency is not indicative of future results
• You may receive a prize with a lower fiat value than anticipated due to market movements
• Stablecoins (USDC, USDT) aim to maintain parity with the US dollar but cannot guarantee it

EngageLeague acts as a platform connecting Hosts and Engagers. We do not guarantee, underwrite, or insure the prize pools set by Hosts. Prize fulfillment is the sole responsibility of the Host who created the leaderboard. EngageLeague is not liable for:

• A Host's failure to fund or distribute prizes
• Delays in prize distribution
• Loss of prizes due to incorrect wallet addresses provided by Engagers
• Technical failures of blockchain networks during prize distribution

We strongly recommend that Engagers verify the credibility of Hosts before joining leaderboards.

Laws governing social media competitions, prize contests, and cryptocurrency vary significantly by country and region. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation in EngageLeague competitions complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. EngageLeague makes no representation that the Platform or its competitions are legal in your jurisdiction. Users in certain jurisdictions may be restricted or prohibited from participating.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Lost or incorrectly sent cryptocurrency cannot be recovered. You are solely responsible for the security of your cryptocurrency wallet, private keys, and seed phrases. EngageLeague will never ask for your private keys or seed phrases. We are not responsible for losses resulting from wallet compromise, phishing attacks, or user error.

The Platform relies on third-party services including the X (Twitter) API, blockchain networks, and cloud infrastructure. Service disruptions, API outages, or technical failures may affect leaderboard accuracy or prize distribution timing.

Leaderboard scores are calculated based on engagement data retrieved from the X API. This data may be subject to delays, rate limiting, or inaccuracies that are outside EngageLeague's control. X (Twitter) may change its API, policies, or data access rules at any time, which could affect how scores are calculated. EngageLeague does not guarantee that all engagement actions will be captured or reflected in the leaderboard in real time.

Prizes received through EngageLeague competitions may be considered taxable income in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from prizes you receive. EngageLeague does not provide tax advice. We recommend consulting a qualified tax professional.

Nothing on the EngageLeague Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Any information provided about cryptocurrency values is for informational purposes only. You should conduct your own research and consult qualified professionals before making any decisions involving cryptocurrency.

By using the Platform and participating in leaderboard competitions, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood this Risk Disclaimer, that you accept all risks described herein, and that you participate entirely at your own risk. EngageLeague and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your participation.
